Our Manufacturing Process

01. Dozer

>> The raw material PP granules (Reliance Industries Grade H030SG or Indian Oil Corporation Grade 1030RG) & Filler granules (CaCo3)

>> Mixed in a large container and melted in barrel.

02. Extruder

>> The molten material is then filtered and passed through an extruder, which while maintaining temperature converts the molten raw material into a thin film.

>> The blow film is cooled by a water quench system or by chilled roller to give a more oriented molecular structure

03. Blades

>> The film is then taken off from the water. The film is slits into tapes of desired width via between 2mm and 10 mm by using multiple place slitter.

>> Theses tapes are then passed through rollers. They are then extruded to the maximum by using hot air oven

04. Oven & Tape Winder

>> Tapes are extruded to the maximum by using hot air oven. Then stabilized by passing through hot air oven.

>> The tapes are wound on high speed magnetic tension controlled cheese winders to get adequately tight wound bobbin for use circular loom

05. The Loom

The bobbins are fed to circular looms for weaving the required size fabric

06. Printing

The fabrics are printed in 4 or 6 color flexographic printing machine

07. Stitching

Printed fabric is cut and stitched into required length by Valvo-matic Machine - an automatic machine involved in cutting and stitching of fabric & making valve on one side of the bag. Specifically used for Cement bags.
